In the past eight months, for most of the street art professionals it's been nearly impossible to get together in real life. Luckily, we live in a day and age of great technology. That makes it possible to still meet up. One of the most recent meetings Roundabout Europe participated in, was FRESH STREET#4, an online event hosted by Circostrada, ARTCENA and FNAS. Around 80 festivals and organizers attended the presentation, most of them from important European festivals.
Spoffin and Greenwich+Docklands International Festival (GDIF) joined forces to give artists the opportunity to pitch their plans and ambitions for 2021. The five artists participating in this year's edition of Roundabout Europe, also presented their plans for next year during GDIF & Spoffin Outdoor Arts Online Pitch.
Greenwich + Docklands International Festival (GDIF) and Spoffin in association with OutdoorArtsUK join forces to present an online pitching session, featuring British, Dutch and other international artists and professionals. Last February, the festivals and artists participating in Roundabout Europe 2020 had a wonderful kickoff meeting in the Czech Republic. We talked about ambitions, expectations and most of all, we got to know each other a little better. We were all looking forward to a new season of residencies, great festivals and new creations.
